Pre-Production Inspection

The Pre-Production Inspection will ensure your specifications are understood by the factory and to prevent any potential flaws in the production resources, materials, schedules, management and so on.

What Is Wechoice Pre-Production Inspection?

The Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) is the next step after the identification and the evaluation of your vendor/factory. It allows you to identify quality risks before manufacturing commences and is an integral part of your risk assessment and quality assurance management. The pre-production inspection can verify that your supplier is able to start the production on schedule and all your products specifications and quality requirements are understood.

Wechoice Quality Control inspectors visit your supplier’s production site to conduct a physical inspection of the raw materials, components, and factory in China or elsewhere in Asia. During the pre-production inspection, we identify the availability and condition of the materials, review your manufacturer’s preparation for production, and check in-house quality control process.

In addition, the pre-production inspection checklist includes preparations for the future product inspection(s) by reviewing your approval samples and listing all tools available to perform product testing.

We can arrange a Pre-Production Inspection within 48 hours and release your inspection report and certificate within 24 hours.
