During Production Inspection

The During Production Inspection (DUPRO) will identify any issues early in the manufacturing process, giving you the time needed to react and fix them.

What’s Wechoice During Production Inspection (DUPRO)?

Sometimes referred to as Inline Product Inspection (IPI) or During Production Check, DUPRO usually occurs when 10 to 50% of your products are manufactured and packaging of product has begun. It forms part of your overall quality assurance program and provides the opportunity for implementation of the necessary corrective actions at an early stage.

Wechoice inspectors will conduct a physical inspection of goods on randomly selected samples of manufactured goods using the statistical sampling procedure ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4).

Each inspection is unique because Wechoice comprehensive standard checklists are customized to focus on what is important for you and your individual product specifications. The during production inspection checklists provide an extensive classification of defects and on-site tests based on international standards (EU, USA, AU and so on).
